Yum. We tried these for the first time last night. Never had 'em before. Shanny had us & a bunch of friends over for dinner...we had tacos (they were excellent...thanks Shan, Kaitlyn, and Jaclyn for cooking.) Jaclyn & Bryson wanted to make these for "dessert." They're like little delicious pancake balls. We dipped them in butter & powdered sugar. They're good with maple syrup too. And I'm sure they'd be amazing with some fruit and whipped cream. Oh my goodness I want them right now. These are going to be my new weekend breakfast of choice. Yes.
Now I just have to go buy the pan.

Abelskivers!! That's awesome. You know Stretch has one of those pans to make them? We used to make them when we were little.
I suggest you try it one of these Sundays!!! Hint..hint..
Marcus loves them and I think they are pretty good too! He bought a pan in Denmark, I guess they eat a lot of them there.
