the park
we went to the park today, since it was semi-nice and justin had the day off. ella was over so she & nana came with us. the swings were a big hit for ella...and justin :) rowan was so good about getting all bundled up and going outside. i think she likes getting out of the basement every now and then! it was a lot of fun, and i'm so excited for the weather to be warm so we can go on more walks!
rowan and her daddy swinging. she didn't cry, but i don't think she really liked the sensation that swinging gave her. i know it's just the light, but her eyes almost look blue here. i'm sure they will end up being brown, but i'm excited for that gray to go away and her true eye color to come out.
rowan has the cutest smile...if it's really a smile. it's usually the look she gets when she's got gas, but it's so cute. here she is looking at her nana, sort of smiling.
she is so good at putting up with us...
it's almost like i've got 2 kids...justin had as much fun, if not more, than ella did. is there a weight limit for kids swings??
i can't believe how big our niece ella is getting. kids grow so fast! i don't ever want rowan to grow up! i swear ella doesn't feel the cold...she just loved being out there playing. i love the look on her face in this last picture...so excited to be pushed high.

She is so beautiful. She look more and more like you everyday (or atleast from what pics you've posted). Anyway i'm so happy for you guys...kinda jealous i can't wait to have one.

Word to ya mutha, Jules I found you out from Tara's blog. Congratulations on having that child Rowan, she looks very snuggly. Kim and I have a skunky bum parade of our own named Lily. So your husband appears to like outdoor gear (I noticed the OR gloves and the Mtn. Hardwear Alchemy jacket. Jules thanks for the bday comment! It was good to see your little family the other day. Rowan is so darling with all that hair. I just hope that my next one has half as much hair as she does!
