6 months

this post is a couple weeks late, but here are rowan's 6 month stats:

weight: 16.84 lbs (66%)
height: 25 in (22%)
head: 18.4 in (99%)

i wonder how tall she'll be. i'm such a shorty and justin is so tall...i'm hoping she's average. the doc thinks she's going be short like me. either way, we sure love her. her little personality is coming out more and more every day. she screams & squirms when she doesn't get what she wants {a preview of a few years down the road?} she smiles at her daddy constantly. she can finally sit up on her own, and she actually loves to stand. she won't even attempt to crawl...in fact, when we try to sit her down, she'll straighten her legs out so that she can stand up. she talks all the time, as long as she's got a toy or something in her hands/mouth. everyone in our family says how serious she is all the time, but i promise she's very happy go-lucky when she's not in the spotlight.

i can't believe she's already half a year. it's gone by so fast...i'm dreading how quickly the next 6 months will go.
